Boston, MA. — Two of the hottest teams in the NBA clashed Monday night at the TD Garden in Boston in front of a sold-out crowd.
The Detroit Pistons were able to give the Boston Celtics their fourth loss of the season by a final score of 118-108.
Four of the Detroit starting five scored in the double digits range. Three of them with 20+ points. Tobias Harris was the leading scorer with 31 points. Andre Drummond added 26, while Reggie Jackson had 20.
It was Avery Bradley’s first visit to Boston as a member of the Pistons. Bradley finished with 13 points and 5 assists against his former team.
The Celtics, Kyrie Irving lead the team with 18 points and 9 assists.
The Detroit Pistons improve to 13-6 while Boston falls to 18-4.
