1. CLEMSON TIGERS (Last Week: 3)

The Tigers took care of rival South Carolina, 34-10, last week, moving to 11-1. They are ready to defend its championship as the No. 1 seed. Clemson beat a handful of ranked teams: Auburn, Louisville, Virginia Tech, NC State and South Carolina. They will face 7th ranked Miami for the ACC Title on Saturday.

2.  AUBURN TIGERS (Last Week: 6)

Welcome to the top 4, Auburn. The Tigers defeated undefeated and No. 1 ranked Alabama in the Iron Bowl, 26-14, while clinching an SEC West Title game appearance. With wins versus Alabama and Georgia, who were both ranked No. 1 at the time, the Tigers stand in the top 4, even with two losses. They play No. 6 Georgia in the SEC West Title game on Saturday.

3. OKLAHOMA SOONERS (Last Week: 4)

Oklahoma won last week versus Wet Virginia. They are now 11-1, having beaten Ohio State and TCU this season, and have the BIG 12 Championship versus TCU on Saturday. The Sooners belong here and with Heisman frontrunner Baker Mayfield, they have a great shot to win it all.

Another welcoming, this one goes to Wisco. The only power 5 conference team that is undefeated. The Badgers stand at 12-0 with a huge matchup in the Big Ten West Title game versus Playoff-hopeful Ohio State. Wisconsin’s strength of schedule isn’t up to par with the three teams above them, hurting them in the rankings. The committee wants to see if Wisconsin is the real deal before putting them any higher, meaning beat the Buckeyes.

Alabama’s SEC title hopes were lost Saturday, after losing to Auburn, 26-14. It was their first lost this season, so their playoff chances aren’t lost, but they need some loses from the teams above them. They don’t have a game this weekend, so they will have to watch and pray.

6. GEORGIA BULLDOGS (Last Week: 7)

The Bulldogs destroyed rival Georgia Tech and now play Auburn for the SEC Title. They lost to Auburn as the No 1 ranked team, 40-17, three weeks ago. If Georgia gets their revenge versus the now No. 2 ranked Auburn Tigers, a playoff spot is very possible.

Unranked Pittsburgh defeated the Canes, dropping them to 7th in the rankings. Miami’s offense has struggled. They play No. 1 Clemson this coming weekend, hoping to win an ACC Title and potentially making it into the Playoffs.

The Buckeyes defeated Michigan this past week, even with starting QB J.T. Barrett leaving the game with a knee injury. Ohio State needs him to be healthy, as they play No. 4 ranked Wisconsin for the Big 10 Title and are still fighting for a Playoff spot. They got crushed by Iowa this year, not helping their resume.
