The esteemed Jimbo Fisher was a highly successful coach with Florida State for many years and he will now take his talents to Texas A&M after Kevin Sumlin left.

Since taking over the Florida State job in 2010, Fisher has not lost more than 4 games… until this year.

This year was Fisher’s worst year by far and seeing the injury report he’s had to deal with, its no reason why.

Francois is quite noticeably the most important one on that list after throwing for 3,000 yards last season and having a 20:7 TD to INT ratio. Without his star QB it shook up the season for Fisher.

After starting the season ranked, a loss to #1 Alabama dropped them from #3 to #12 but what drove the nail in the coffin and dropped them out of the ranks completely was a loss to unranked NC State. Following that loss they lost to Miami, Louisville, Boston College and then #4 Clemson.

Fisher has great records to go along with his resume (83-23 career, 5-2 in Bowl Games) including a BCS Championship win in 2013, and a couple impressive bowl game wins.

Texas A&M has a great coach coming their way and Jimbo can most likely lead that program to super stardom.
